WOM Tip #352: Weird feedback is remarkable feedback
The Standard Hotels, a quirky hotel line across the country, gets some even quirkier feedback from their customers.
To make the most of it, they created a calendar with each month representing some of the weirdest comments they’ve gotten from guests in the past.

In The Standard Hotels’ “A Year of Unusual Requests” calendar, they included comments like “the staff are the nicest pooch-lovers in the world” with a photo of a dog in a hot dog bun and a photo of a ghostly looking TV after one guest said they thought their room’s TV was possessed.
The best part: This is an interesting way to remind their customers of their hotels for an entire year — not just a one-off souvenir.
