We’ve all heard those stories of companies bending over backwards to provide a wow-worthy customer experience. But let’s face it: While fantastic customer service is crucial for a remarkable business, not everyone can be The Ritz-Carlton.
Luckily, you can still do amazing stuff for your customers without pouring all of your resources into concierge-level service. For example, this winter, Germany’s Frankfurt Airport is offering to store their passengers’ winter coats while they’re on trips to warmer climates.

It’s not a huge change in how they do business, but it’s an extra touch that makes flying with them a little more enjoyable (and less cramped).
The customer service points people talk about most don’t have to cost you a lot in time or resources. Sometimes it’s just about offering something no one else does.
