How Molly’s Cupcakes puts their whole story on a card to share

mollyscupcakesMolly’s Cupcakes is a small bakery here in Chicago that specializes in all sorts of cupcake flavors like “peanut butter nutella” and “caramel baked apple” — and they even have swings you can sit on while you eat. And sitting on the tables are small cards — similar to coasters you find in restaurants — that tell the story of how Molly’s Cupcakes came to be. The cards read:

“Molly was my third grade teacher. Whenever one of her students had a birthday, she would bake us cupcakes. Molly was nice enough to pass down the recipe to me. Just about everyone who tries them thinks they’re the best cupcakes ever.

In appreciation of Molly, we donate much of our profits to schools in the community. So eat up!”

The Lesson: Do you have a fantastic story? Is it easy to take it and share it with friends?
