There’s a rack of free magazines at Reagan Airport in DC, specifically near the NYC-DC shuttle gates.
Why? Because some of the most influential people on earth spend hours there. Congresspeople, CEOs visiting Congresspeople, and other mega-important people with big business at the Capitol.
And they’re stuck and bored. So magazine publishers put out stacks of samples, which is an incredibly easy and cheap promotion.
You hit a home run if you get those people to read your stuff.
