[...] The blog talked about Mini’s servers who went haywire and sent 100s of emails to a batch of their customers risking customer trust and requiring a mass apology. Instead of a simple email apologizing for the mass email, they spammed their subscribers by sending them a can of Spam, chocolate roses and duct tape to fix things with an apology letter explaining the glitch and asking forgiveness.
