Southwest Airlines raps its way to word of mouth

Instead of the same lame, monotone delivery of your flight instructions, this Southwest airlines flight attendant raps them to passengers.

In the clip below, he starts out saying, “I’ve had five flights today, and I just can’t do the regular announcement again, otherwise I’m going to put myself to sleep.”

So instead, he asks for a “stomp-clap” beat from passengers and delivers lines like, “We won’t take your cash, you gotta’ pay with plastic / If you have a coupon, that’s fantastic.”

There are now several YouTube clips of him performing his instructions, recorded by passengers. This one has more than a million views:
