Sell something your fans can take home and share

Ditka’s restaurant in Chicago is known for their steak sauce. But the experience isn’t confined to their locations because they sell bottles of the stuff, which means fans of the sauce share it with friends at BBQs and family dinners — and talk about Ditka’s.

It’s a simple concept, but not enough businesses offer fans something to take home.

The Lesson: Sell or give away a portion of your experience so fans can take it home to share with others.
