New section from the updated word of mouth book: Business-to-business word of mouth

wombook1This new section from the revised edition of Andy Sernovitz’ book, Word of Mouth Marketing: How Smart Companies Get People Talking, is dedicated to BtoB word of mouth tips and strategies.

This section covers what’s different (and what’s the same) in traditional business-to-consumer and BtoB word of mouth strategies, as well as the top five BtoB word of mouth techniques and how to take advantage of conferences and tradeshows.

Stay tuned, as in a couple of weeks we’ll cover this section in more depth. In the meantime, see some quick BtoB word of mouth tips by checking out issue #114 of GasPedal’s word of mouth newsletter.
