How to engage in the nonstop online conversation about your brand — live with Domino’s Ramon De Leon

Continuing our previews for Word of Mouth Supergenius: The “How to be Great at Word of Mouth Marketing” Conference on December 16 here in Chicago, we bring you word of mouth supergenius and Operating Partner for Domino’s Pizza Chicago, Ramon De Leon.

Ramon will be presenting a case study based on how Domino’s engages in the nonstop online conversation about their brand and shared these three ideas as a preview:

  • Identify where your customers are. It doesn’t matter if it’s social media or if you’re going door to door. If you don’t know where your customers are, you’re not going to know where to focus your energy.
  • Video is powerful. Ramon says he’s seen amazing things by creating simple, interesting videos just 30, 45, and 60 seconds in length.
  • Be willing to take the plunge. While you should always start by listening, once you’ve collected your feedback, you have to be willing to jump in and do something about it.
