25 ways to thank your customers

When you show your customers your appreciation for their business, you give them a great reason to talk about you. You get your business back on their minds, you make them feel special, and you open up the door for their feedback. But you can do a lot more than just make a follow up call or send a nice email.

    This was absolutely fabulous. When I look back at all of my former employers, I realize that they did many of these things for all of us. And it DID create huge company loyalty and teamwork.

    Then looking at the 25-Thank Yous is just what my sister does for her customers at Saks and she really reaps the rewards! We have always been taught to write personal thank-you notes so going above and beyond the call of duty is just second nature.

    USAA and Southwest Airlines always send me birthday cards. But USAA also sends me $50 a year for driving safely and not having an accident. That always impressed me and I wouldn’t think of insuring with anyone else. Banking, insurance, and investments are all with USAA now. I know I can count on them.
